This project required careful planning to transform a run-down barn into a durable, refined structure. The main challenge was upgrading the ageing façade and interior while working with an uneven, structurally complex building. Each phase was adapted to the existing fabric to ensure precise installation.

JC Services successfully bid for and won the contract to replace a concrete fibre roof with an insulated profiled metal sheet, at a wood mill and storage site. All work had to be carried out during normal day to day operations for the site, which meant many changes to schedules and programmes to accommodate the needs of the client.
