This new-build retail industrial unit demanded precise planning and disciplined execution across the full roofing and cladding package. The central challenge lay in delivering the works within an exceptionally tight timescale, while incorporating a bespoke client colour way into the specification. Each element was manufactured and installed to tight tolerances, ensuring every panel, flashing, and junction aligned to achieve a clean, cohesive finish true to the client’s chosen colours.
