This project required precise planning and specialized execution. Central to the build was a structural decking system fitted to a glulam beam frame, featuring A1 fire-rated acoustic insulation, bespoke PPC aluminium flashings, curved eaves, and intricate vertical cladding. It marked the first installation of its kind in the UK.

Delivering this complex design demanded exacting standards. The decking required precise alignment with the glulam frame, while curved eaves and bespoke flashings needed meticulous detailing for a seamless finish. Despite these challenges, JC Services completed the project on time and within budget, ensuring exceptional quality and durability.
